Curbside assistance is available for passengers who require extra assistance. This service includes assisting passengers with their wheelchairs or mobility devices and their baggage. Please park curbside at Departures in the marked accessible parking spot. 

Curb to Terminal Assistance 

For curbside assistance into the terminal, call the YZF Security Office at 867-873-0657 . Arriving passengers will be assisted at curbside and escorted into the terminal building to the passenger’s airline check-in counter. Airport wheelchairs are available on request. Assistance by guiding is also available. As per ATPDR regulations, airline staff are responsible for assisting passengers upon arrival at the check-in counter. 

Passengers are encouraged to contact their airline before travel to coordinate the assistance they need in-flight. Assistance by guiding is also available. Airline staff will provide an airport wheelchair upon request. 

Terminal to Curb Assistance  

After the luggage has been retrieved, YZF Security staff will escort passengers to their curbside transportation. Assistance by guiding is also available. Airport wheelchairs are available upon request.
